Role overview
The Curricular Solutions Architect partners with sales and K-12 district leaders to design tailored, data-informed instructional solutions. You connect curriculum, instruction, assessment, and analytics into a unified instructional strategy, acting as a trusted advisor and customer-facing storyteller.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations with sales and support the full sales cycle for K-12 districts.
- Create and deliver narrative-driven solution demonstrations linking curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
- Translate educational initiatives into clear solution frameworks aligned to measurable outcomes.
- Map district needs across curriculum gaps, instructional priorities, and data usage to produce implementation-ready recommendations.
- Align product capabilities with instructional goals to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Gather and share field insights with product and go-to-market teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Develop reusable sales assets (e.g., demo frameworks, discovery tools, proof strategies) to improve consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, including curriculum, instruction, coaching, assessment, or academic leadership.
- Strong understanding of instructional practices and how to connect teaching strategies to measurable student outcomes.
- Experience in curriculum design, literacy instruction, and implementing standards-aligned content.
- Ability to turn complex challenges into clear, compelling narratives and solution recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a consultative, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and customer success in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
- Experience with instructional differentiation, content-rich learning strategies, or assessment integration.
