Role Overview

Mission Staffing’s client is seeking two experienced Accounting & Audit Recruiters for a fully remote 6+ month contract supporting a high-volume hiring initiative. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for Accounting & Audit professionals across multiple business lines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and interview Accounting & Audit candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create recruiting strategies
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping strong candidate engagement
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to find qualified talent
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer process

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Prior experience recruiting Accounting & Finance and/or Audit professionals
• Experience in staffing agency or corporate talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Availability for 40 hours/week (no overtime required)
