About the role

Role Overview

Corporate Finance Manager (G&A) for a fast-growing technology organization. The role partners with corporate function leaders to improve financial visibility, planning, and operational performance through forecasting, analysis, and scalable financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to G&A/corporate function leaders (People, Finance, Legal, Tax, etc.).
  • Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis.
  • Run monthly and quarterly Actuals vs. Forecast processes, including variance analysis and executive-ready insights.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles (headcount plans, vendor investments, discretionary spending) aligned to business priorities.
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for scenario planning and resource allocation.
  • Use automation and AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close activities (accruals, reclassifications, data validation).
  • Identify and improve processes, establish structure in ambiguous environments, and strengthen financial operations.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership; manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to produce executive-level reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, marketplace, or public company environment.
  • Consulting, equity research, analytics, or data science background.
  • Interest/experience using AI and automation tools for finance workflows.
