Corporate Finance Manager

Role Overview

Join Devoted Health’s Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Finance Manager. You will work on high-visibility projects across capital raising, investor/banker relations, strategic finance, and board/management reporting, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute debt and equity capital raising transactions end-to-end (from evaluation through execution)
• Manage engagement with current and potential capital partners, strengthening relationships and meeting reporting requirements
• Partner cross-functionally to build financial models that inform business decisions
• Create and maintain management and board reporting materials

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university (demonstrated academic achievement)
• 3–5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented, data-driven approach to solving strategic questions
• Proven ability to be a self-starter in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building financial and operating models for capital raising and M&A transactions
• Interest in and/or experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and quality
• Experience covering or working within the healthcare industry
• Strong alignment with the company’s mission
