Controller (Global)

Role Overview

As Global Controller, you will oversee the integrity of Lyra Health’s financial statements, build and maintain a world-class internal control environment, and provide strategic financial leadership across the global organization. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Missions

• Direct and manage preparation of timely, accurate consolidated global financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee preparation and filing of external financial reports, including SEC filings.
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust global framework of internal controls with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, protecting company assets and ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Accounting highly preferred.
• CPA (or equivalent) required.
• 15+ years progressive experience in finance/accounting, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/CAO) leading global accounting operations for a multinational publicly traded company.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP/IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX-compliant internal controls.
• Proven executive leadership and ability to lead/develop large, geographically dispersed teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• MBA or Master’s in Accounting.
