About the role
Role Overview
Contracts Analyst at MultiCare Health System supporting contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating MultiCare contracts. This is an FTE 1.0 day shift position with a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule.
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements, and specifications (under the contracts manager’s guidance).
- Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts.
- Ensure assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database, and linked to applicable purchase orders.
- Maintain the contract database with required information, including expiration/renewal dates, product information, and related licensing terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law.
- Paralegal degree/certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support.
- Negotiation skills required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $72,384 – $104,208 (USD), influenced by skills, experience level, and certifications/education. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
