Role Overview

Senior Contractor Recruiter (B2B) partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support growth of CookUnity Business.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and build recruiting search strategies.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing through offer negotiation while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Build and manage talent pipelines for B2B roles, including:
- Sales
- Partnerships
- Customer Success
- B2B Marketing (including leadership and senior roles)
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders; drive proactive sourcing and influence hiring decisions.
Work closely with internal Engineering recruiting on hiring coordination.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on B2B GTM roles (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, B2B Marketing).
Proven ability to source and close senior and leadership-level GTM talent.
Strong stakeholder management: influence, challenge, and guide hiring decisions.
Excellent communication skills, including ability to share compelling, nuanced company stories.
Highly organized and proactive; comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Deep understanding of B2B sales and revenue org structures (enterprise and mid-market motions).
Track record hiring for high-growth product-led or marketplace businesses.
Hands-on sourcing tools and ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred).

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting in food tech, health tech, or B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets.
Exposure to healthcare-related hiring (e.g., MTM or value-based care models).
Conversational Spanish.
