Contract-to-hire opportunity supporting enterprise delivery, engineering execution, and long-term platform work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions aligned to the engineering function
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, cloud, security, and delivery teams to execute project milestones
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable implementation artifacts
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, issue resolution, documentation, and release readiness
• Support continuous improvement across engineering standards, delivery quality, and operational maturity

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with core tools/platforms/technologies relevant to the role
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments with accountability and a quality focus
• Understanding of enterprise application delivery, cloud systems, data, QA, security, or support practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise product platforms, SaaS systems, or large-scale business applications
• Exposure to Agile delivery and CI/CD practices, cloud-native systems, governance, or compliance workflows
• Ability to work across distributed USA and India delivery teams
• Strong ownership mindset around quality, timelines, stakeholder communication, and documentation

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Salary/Rate: $55/hr – $75/hr
