Contract role: Technical Product Owner with B2B/ B2C Exp at Bellevue, WA (Remote)

Role Overview

Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager for B2B and B2C digital platforms (long-term contract, remote with Bellevue, WA location mentioned). You will bridge business goals and technical execution, owning product vision, requirements, and roadmap delivery with engineering, architecture, UX, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B and B2C platforms
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features using Agile/Scrum
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business, marketing, sales, operations, design, and engineering
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities
• Support APIs, microservices, integrations, and platform modernization initiatives
• Define KPIs and monitor performance using data-driven decision-making
• Lead lifecycle management from ideation → launch → post-launch optimization
• Ensure products meet security, compliance, and governance standards
• Communicate product updates, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering / Business (or related)
• 8+ years in Product Management / Technical Product Management / Product Ownership
• Proven experience delivering both B2B and B2C products
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to create roadmaps, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

• Product tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Azure DevOps
• REST APIs, API integrations
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Data analytics/reporting and SQL
• User journey mapping and customer experience optimization

Nice to Have

• Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO)
• Experience with eCommerce, digital platforms, SaaS, or omnichannel
• Experience with customer-facing apps and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with UX/UI and customer journey design
• Knowledge of AI/ML-driven products
