Role Overview

STIBO STEP MDM Architect (Contract)

• Location: Dallas, TX (Remote ok)
• Duration: 6+ months
• Focus: Stibo STEP MDM/PIM architecture, configuration, integration, and delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions using best practices
• Run requirements gathering and high-level design workshops
• Lead project team activities to successfully deliver STEP solutions
• Partner with business analysts to define to-be business processes using industry standard best practices
• Define data governance strategies, policies, roles/responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules
• Produce detailed design documents, including data migration approach
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components (data structures, roles, workflows, portals)

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Deep hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM (configuration, integration, deployment)
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation required
• Experience with Product, Supplier, and Customer data models; ability to design solutions around them
• Customer-facing experience and strong management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves

• 3–4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM (called out as required in the posting)
