Contract Analyst

Contract Analyst responsible for reviewing, organizing, and validating contract records in a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate contract metadata to ensure it is complete, accurate, and consistent
• Clean up legacy contract data and correct metadata discrepancies
• Standardize contract information and improve data governance
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify contract details
• Ensure contracts are properly categorized and maintained according to organizational standards
• Support improved contract searchability, reporting, and compliance

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/organizational skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
• Effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently
• Ability to meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contracts, legal documents, or enterprise contract management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or document management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent education + relevant experience)
• Prior experience with contract administration, contract data management, records management, or CLM systems

Contract Details

• Location: Remote acceptable; highly preferred local to Lehi, UT
• Duration: 03 months (short-term project)
• Pay: $22.00–$24.64/hr on W2
