Contract Analyst

Contract Analyst responsible for reviewing, organizing, and validating contract records in the client’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Responsibilities

• Review, clean up, and validate legacy contract data in the CLM/document management system
• Correct and standardize contract metadata to ensure it is complete, accurate, and consistent
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and metadata discrepancies
• Ensure contracts are properly categorized and maintained per organizational standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify contract information
• Support data governance initiatives to improve contract searchability, reporting, and compliance

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/organizational skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contracts, legal documents, or enterprise contact/contract management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with CLM platforms or document management systems
• Prior experience with contract administration, contract data management, records management, or CLM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent education/experience)

Logistics

• Location: Remote is fine, but local to Lehi, UT highly preferred
• Duration: 3 months
• Pay: $20–$24.64/hr (W2)
