Content Project Manager (II) — Part Time (Contract)

Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: 9 months
Hours: Up to 25 hours/week
Pay: $40–45/hr

Role Overview

Transform complex information into clear, user-friendly customer experience content for the Customer Experience Marketing team. You’ll develop and maintain onboarding materials and training resources that help customers succeed.

Responsibilities

Manage creation, production, and ongoing maintenance of customer-facing and internal support content
Simplify complex workflows and technical information into accessible materials
Coordinate content projects using Asana and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Support publishing workflows alongside content specialists
Monitor customer experience survey feedback and route insights to the appropriate teams for follow-up

Requirements

Experience in content management, technical writing, or project management
Strong writing, editing, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to simplify large or technical content into digestible formats
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

Background in EdTech, SaaS, or K-12 environments
Bonus: experience with an LMS platform or accessibility compliance
