About the role

Join Nexxen as a Consumer Insights and Data Solutions Analyst. In this cross-functional role, you will create Discovery packages and reports for clients, deliver data-driven recommendations, and provide platform walkthroughs. You will leverage Nexxen's proprietary Discovery platform to uncover audience insights and trends, and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data and analytics. Key missions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Discovery packages and reports for clients, delivering data-driven recommendations.. Leverage Nexxen’s proprietary Discovery platform to uncover audience insights, trends, and opportunities that inform client strategy.. Act as a subject matter expert on the Discovery platform, providing training, guidance, and best practices across the organization. Profile: - The ideal candidate is driven, curious, and a fast learner who asks thoughtful questions and enjoys working with data. They are a strong analytical thinker who can turn insights into compelling narratives that solve business problems - This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys a mix of independent work and cross-functional collaboration, and who is comfortable sharing ideas, taking initiative, and learning through iteration - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in the programmatic advertising space - a plus - Experience in research/analytics/account management/social media manager/ agency strategy teams - a plus - Great analytical skills - Interest in the Analytics, Big Data and Advertising space - Work well in a cross-functional team environment - High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools - BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience - 2+ years of experience in research, data analytics or data analysis
