Role Overview

Consultants for Banking Regulatory & Risk Management (m/w/d) to support banks with regulatory and supervisory topics in a hybrid role in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks on regulatory and supervisory questions
• Contribute to projects in Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting (regulatory submissions)
• Analyze and optimize processes in the banking environment
• Support implementation of new regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and steer project activities in close collaboration with business stakeholders and management
• Develop practical solutions to complex challenges in the financial sector

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Finance, or a comparable field
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, a bank, or a financial services company
• Strong knowledge in at least one area:
  • Risk Management
  • Compliance
  • Regulatory Reporting / Meldewesen
  • Banking Regulation
• Analytical and structured working style
• Fluent German and English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience delivering transformation, risk, compliance, and reporting projects for leading financial institutions
• Comfort working in a smaller, entrepreneurial consulting environment
