Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

DBSI is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial design-build projects end to end, supporting delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans (using Microsoft Project)
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
• Manage change orders and project financials
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and stay proactive
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Provide timely status updates and escalate issues to leadership as needed
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making while maintaining a positive client experience

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial project management experience (minimum)
• 5+ years managing healthcare construction projects valued at $5M+
• Experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven success managing projects in Procore and/or Autodesk
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
