About the role
Role Overview
Ultralytics is hiring an AI/Computer Vision Product Manager to own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from ideation and roadmapping to launch and ongoing improvement. You will work closely with the YOLO team and partner with marketing and sales to align products with customer needs and business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Collaborate with the CEO/CTO to turn vision into executable work
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs
- Build and maintain the product roadmap and prioritized product backlog
- Partner with Growth to use performance data for decisions
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support for launches and adoption
- Serve as the main point of contact for product features, updates, and roadmap
- Present product strategy and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Performance & Analytics
- Define KPIs with the CEO/CTO and monitor product performance
- Analyze data to guide product improvements, pivots, or discontinuations
- Collect, prioritize, and act on customer feedback
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Track industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
- Run competitive analysis to find opportunities and risks
- Develop deep understanding of target market and user personas
Requirements (Preferred Skill Set)
- 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in Computer Vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record managing a product through its full lifecycle
- Experience with open-source projects
- Experience with Agile development and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves / Focus Areas
- Hands-on interest in next-generation AI computer vision and YOLO-based model development
