About the role

Role Overview

The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is the ecosystem subject matter expert for HR compliance, including regulatory reporting, employment law administration, and HR policy management across QC Servion’s portfolio of companies.

This role owns the annual HR compliance calendar, ensures required compliance training and regulatory reporting are completed on time, and maintains HR policy and handbook addendums that reflect applicable employment laws.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

Own the annual HR compliance calendar and ensure recurring federal, state, and local requirements are met on time
Prepare, coordinate, validate, and submit required employment/benefits-related regulatory reporting, including:
- EEO-1 Reporting
- California Pay Data Reporting
- ACA reporting
- Form 5500 coordination
- Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC)
- VETS-4212 reporting
- State-required employment reporting
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to collect and validate reporting information
Maintain documentation for audit readiness and track filing deadlines

Employment Law Compliance & Policy Administration

Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes and assess their impact on HR policies and practices
Partner with the Leave, Time & Compensation Specialist to ensure leave law requirements are reflected in HR policy and practice
Draft, revise, maintain, and publish HR policies and handbook content, including state-specific handbook addendums

Collaboration

Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure compliance obligations are completed accurately, timely, and consistently.

Executes and supports projects with complex scope independently or under limited supervision
