Compliance Specialist

Role Overview

The Compliance Specialist supports clinician onboarding by ensuring healthcare records are accurate and meet Joint Commission compliance standards. You’ll work with onboarding clinicians and internal stakeholders to move profiles through the process quickly and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain healthcare clinicians records to be compliant with Joint Commission standards
• Audit and verify clinician onboarding profiles
• Schedule occupational health appointments within budget
• Run background checks
• Collect and track required documents (e.g., TB tests, immunization records, pre-employment physicals, and more)
• Aim for 100% compliant onboarding profiles per clinician in 10 days or less (client target: 5–7 days)
• Communicate continuously with clients, clinicians, client managers, and recruiters to provide onboarding updates
• Work in a fast-paced environment using phone and various technology tools (texting/email)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Skilled in office administration procedures
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone and coordinating multiple stakeholders

Nice to Haves

• Experience in healthcare staffing or clinician onboarding/compliance processes

Work Setup & Schedule

• Full-time (40–45 hours/week) with Monday–Friday schedule
• Work model: In-person, Hybrid, or Remote (West Allis, WI 53227)
• Potential bonus: additional $500/quarter based on scorecard results (eligible after 90 days)
