About the role

Role Overview

Remote Product Compliance Coordinator supporting a global product compliance team. You will manage compliance requests, research product/material data, maintain compliance records, and respond to customer inquiries about product regulations and substance restrictions.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and manage a shared compliance inbox and ensure timely responses to customer and internal inquiries.
  • Review and process customer requests related to product compliance, environmental regulations, and substance restrictions.
  • Research product, material, and part number data using internal systems, supplier documentation, and compliance databases.
  • Validate and maintain compliance records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain missing compliance declarations and regulatory documentation.
  • Compile compliance information and prepare customer-facing responses on regulatory requirements.
  • Track compliance requests from initiation to completion while managing multiple priorities.
  • Support product/material/environmental/regulatory compliance programs as global regulations evolve.
  • Analyze, organize, and validate large datasets using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance documentation stays current and aligned to global regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
  • Experience with large datasets, data research, data validation, and information management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with compliance information.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing, packaging, quality, compliance, regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, or related fields.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of substance/compliance regulations such as REACH, RoHS, TSCA, and PPWR.
  • Familiarity with supplier declarations, BOMs, and chemical compliance documentation.
  • Experience investigating and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Prior roles such as Product/Regulatory/Compliance Coordinator, Environmental Compliance Specialist, Material Compliance Analyst, Supplier Compliance Coordinator, or similar.

Logistics & Compensation

  • Location: Remote
  • Pay: $28–$33/hour
