Role Overview

The Compliance Coordinator Analyst will support the Compliance department to help ensure client requirements are met across key compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Notary management
Perform Notary QC and auditing
Support training and track training completion
Assist with vendor due diligence
Assist with local counsel due diligence
Client Alert tracking
Support Compliance box monitoring
Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Strong background in the default industry, including servicer and investor expectations
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with sensitive timelines
Analytical document review capabilities

General Competencies

Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service for internal and external customers
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work at a fast pace
Highly organized, able to multi-task, and manage deadlines and attendance
Proactive problem-solver who takes action when obstacles arise
Strong teamwork mindset; willingness to support others in the department

Nice to Haves

Experience supporting compliance workflows and audits in the financial/default services space
