Compliance Analyst

Role Overview

The Compliance Analyst at Facet helps ensure the company’s advice, communications, and processes remain compliant while enabling creative growth. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Planning to find compliant paths for new ideas and member capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to support compliant marketing campaigns, product development, and new member capabilities
• Serve as a daily resource to find compliant ways to deliver creative messages to the intended audience
• Handle day-to-day compliance functions, including:
  • IAR registrations
  • communication reviews
  • OBA-related activities
  • regulatory filings (e.g., ADVs)
• Proactively build policies and procedures to support rapid growth and evolving subscription metrics
• Act as a key contact for member issues to ensure actions align with members’ best interests

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance experience with a Registered Investment Advisor
• Ability to support a tech-first, flat-fee model using strong compliance expertise
• Proven track record of delivering balanced, compliant solutions across stakeholders
• Comfort working with proprietary technology and AI-driven tools
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
• Thrives in a nimble, fast-paced environment
