Compliance Analyst

Role Overview

CodeVertex Operations is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support case review, documentation, risk checks, reporting, and structured records management. The position emphasizes accuracy, careful handling of sensitive information, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Review cases, claims, risk items, and/or compliance records for completeness and consistency
• Maintain accurate notes, status updates, supporting documents, and review outcomes
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and items requiring escalation
• Support reporting, audit preparation, quality checks, and structured review workflows
• Protect confidential information and follow process requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability
• Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through
• Comfort working in a structured company environment
• Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows
• Comfort using workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, and systems like CRM/ATS/ticketing/reporting (depending on role)
• Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems
