Requirements

- MSAs
- Lease agreements
- IP and marketing contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear and accurate contractual language.
- Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real-world scenarios.
- Experience collaborating remotely and delivering assignments autonomously.
