Role overview

You’ll join the team as a Cloud Platform Engineer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The work focuses on measuring progress, assessing logic, and improving the overall quality of each model.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve model quality
Explain how your solutions address each coding problem

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain your solutions
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented with strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Ability to work as an independent contractor

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) in any field (preferred but not required)

Logistics & pay

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract; you can choose projects and work on your own schedule
Paid hourly at $50–$100+/hr, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; only applicants in the United States are considered
