About the role

Role overview

You will join the team as a Cloud Platform Engineer focused on training and evaluating AI models (AI chatbots). Your work involves running coding challenges and assessing the correctness and performance of model outputs.

Responsibilities

Create/assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Assess and debug solutions to improve model logic and quality
Explain how your solutions address the given problems

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain solutions clearly
Strong algorithm and data structures fundamentals
Detail-oriented with solid debugging workflows
Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Must be able to work independently as an independent contractor

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required

Compensation & work setup

REMOTE (full-time or part-time)
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Work on your own schedule; choose which projects you want
Payment via PayPal; only applicants in the United States are considered
