About the role

Role Overview

As a Cloud Native Specialist at Dynatrace, you will act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kubernetes and container orchestration. You’ll lead technical discovery and Proof of Concepts (POCs), design observability-as-code strategies, and partner with customers to integrate Dynatrace into their cloud-native workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical SME for Kubernetes and container orchestration, demonstrating how Dynatrace provides automated visibility into microservices.
Lead technical discovery and high-stakes POCs for:
- Born-in-the-Cloud accounts
- Legacy enterprises undergoing digital transformation
Design observability-as-code strategies using Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
Consult with customer platform teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines.
Work closely with Global Sales and Customer Success teams to help organizations navigate containerized environments.

Requirements

Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Ability to lead technical discovery and run Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Experience designing observability approaches with an observability-as-code mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

Hands-on familiarity with observability-as-code tooling: Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
Experience integrating solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
