About the role

Role Overview

Remote Cloud / DevOps Engineer (Golang, GCP & Terraform) for a fully remote U.S. engineering team. You’ll work closely with solution architects and internal teams to support customer cloud deployments and operate production cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and services using Golang
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
Deploy, operate, and optimize workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Build automation, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and developer experience
Collaborate with solution architects to support customer cloud deployments
Support and scale production, high-availability distributed systems

Requirements

Strong experience with Golang (tooling, automation, or services)
Hands-on GCP experience (e.g., GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage)
Solid Terraform experience in production environments
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
Experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles
Comfort working in a remote, customer-facing engineering capacity

Nice to Have

CI/CD tooling experience (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Multi-cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
Experience supporting customer deployments or SaaS platforms
