Cloud DevOps Engineer – AWS | Remote

Role Overview

Cloud DevOps Engineer (AWS) — hourly contract, remote (10–40 hours/week). You will design and operate cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and operational standards
• Apply CI/CD best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery

Requirements

• Strong experience in DevOps or related engineering roles
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Proficiency with Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Contract Details

• Compensation: $200K–$300K/year
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
