Responsibilities

- Run workshops and solution design sessions to upskill teams and define architecture and project requirements.
- Lead backlog creation, effort estimation, and solution design for migration and modernization engagements.
- Use Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF) to align solutions with Microsoft best practices.
- Implement repeatable solutions with Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep/Terraform and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.

Requirements
- 5–7+ years of Azure experience supporting infrastructure deployments, networking deployments, and IaC (Bicep, Terraform) or scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- 5–7+ years of systems administration experience (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- 3+ years of network administration experience (firewall management, routing, switching, and cloud connectivity such as ExpressRoute, site-to-site VPN, load balancing).
- Strong understanding of high availability and disaster recovery.
- Experience supporting production workloads (test and troubleshoot).
- Consultative/engineering experience working across multiple client environments.
- Candidates without Azure experience should not apply.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with additional Azure migration/replatform tooling and enterprise/global application ecosystems.
