Cloud Architect III

Role Overview

Design and lead enterprise-scale cloud and Agentic AI architectures across multi-cloud environments. You will enable scalable platforms, AI adoption, and high-quality application delivery aligned with modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, OCI, and similar platforms
• Define application hosting models, onboarding frameworks, and platform standards
• Build Agentic AI foundations: orchestration workflows and AI control planes
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation) into enterprise systems
• Drive DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for provisioning and cloud resource management
• Architect microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives
• Optimize cloud costs using monitoring, forecasting, and efficiency strategies (FinOps)
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across cloud and AI platforms
• Partner with Agile teams and stakeholders to align architecture with business goals
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in cloud architecture and solution design across Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP
• Strong DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation experience
• Hands-on experience with AKS, App Services, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock
• Knowledge of agentic AI, orchestration workflows, and intelligent automation
• Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency in Python plus scripting/CLI skills (Shell, PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI)
• Familiarity with .NET/C# and both Windows and Linux environments
• Strong cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices
• Ability to work in Agile/SAFe environments and guide cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure/AWS/GCP Solutions Architect certifications
• Terraform / DevOps certifications
• SAFe certification (plus)
