Role Overview

Design and optimize AI-ready cloud environments, with emphasis on secure integration of AI tools, APIs, and data stores. Own production deployment patterns for AI workloads, including governance, monitoring, scaling, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI-ready cloud environments, including high-performance compute and GPU clusters.
• Securely integrate AI tools, APIs, and databases into existing systems.
• Manage model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and scaling for production AI workloads.
• Implement guardrails and enforce cloud security policies for AI systems.
• Develop strategies for cost management and operational efficiency of AI workloads.
• Pilot new technologies and evaluate vendor solutions to support innovation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating and managing AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and permission sets.
• Deep understanding of cloud governance frameworks.
• Experience with AWS enterprise services including S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECR, and Bedrock.
• Practical AI/ML experience, especially with AWS Bedrock (cloud-native AI services).
• Ability to evaluate and implement access control models and refine roles.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for governance procedures and technical recommendations.
