About the role

Role Overview

You will design and optimize AI-ready cloud environments for high-performance compute/GPU clusters and integrate AI tooling securely into existing systems. You’ll also oversee AI model deployment in production, including monitoring, versioning, scaling, and governance guardrails.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize cloud environments suitable for AI workloads (including compute/GPU clusters).
  • Integrate AI tools, APIs, and databases securely into existing systems.
  • Manage model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and scaling in production.
  • Implement guardrails and enforce cloud security policies for AI systems.
  • Develop strategies for cost management and operational efficiency of AI workloads.
  • Pilot new technologies and evaluate vendor solutions to support innovation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience creating and managing AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and permission sets.
  • Deep understanding of cloud governance frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS enterprise services including S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECR, and Bedrock.
  • Practical AI/ML experience, particularly with AWS Bedrock (cloud-native AI services).
  • Ability to evaluate and implement access control models and refine roles.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for governance procedures and technical recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience piloting emerging cloud/AI technologies and integrating new vendor offerings.
