About the role
Role Overview
Franklin Fitch is hiring a Cloud Architect for a fully remote position (PST hours). You’ll lead major cloud initiatives with primary focus on Azure (60%) and M365 (40%).
Responsibilities
- Deliver Azure VM automation and Azure security initiatives
- Support data-center-to-Azure migration projects
- Own cloud work end-to-end (~85–90% of project work)
- Provide M365 expertise when needed
- Guide and mentor newer team members on M365-heavy workloads
Requirements
- 5+ years of cloud experience
- Strong Azure skills (especially automation and security)
- Solid M365 experience
- Ability to work independently (self-starter)
- Enterprise or focused-role experience preferred
- Professional maturity to handle senior-level conversations
Nice to Haves
- Experience specifically centered on Azure migrations and/or enterprise cloud programs
Compensation & Benefits
- $135,000–$180,000 base + 15% bonus
- Bonuses and paid certifications
Location / Scheduling
- Fully remote; team is distributed (London, Boston, Utah)
- Works within PST hours
