Cloud Architect

Role Overview

Cloud Architect (Fully Remote) for an MSP client. You’ll design and deliver enterprise cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments, while advising on security, governance, cost optimization, and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid setups
• Provide strategic guidance on cloud architecture, security, governance, cost optimization, and AI adoption
• Lead cloud migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives
• Architect resilient, secure, and scalable solutions including disaster recovery and business continuity
• Mentor engineers/architects, lead technical reviews, and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Evaluate emerging technologies to shape cloud strategy, innovation, and AI readiness

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture plus security, networking, identity, cost optimization, and hybrid environments
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, scripting, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience leading cloud migrations, architecture reviews, and transformation programs
• Understanding of enterprise AI, governance, compliance, and data readiness principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence technical and executive audiences
