About the role

Role Overview

Cloud Architect for a high-impact, ownership-heavy engagement focused primarily on Azure (60%) and Microsoft 365 (M365) (40%). This is a key hire and a chance to lead significant cloud initiatives as part of an established migration program.

Responsibilities

Drive Azure VM automation and Azure security activities
Support data-center to Azure migration projects
Own projects end-to-end (85–90% of time on project work)
Act as a secondary M365 expert when needed
Provide guidance to newer team members with M365-heavy responsibilities

Requirements

5+ years of cloud experience
Strong Azure background, specifically automation and security
Solid working knowledge of M365
Ability to work independently as a self-starter
Professional maturity to handle senior-level stakeholder conversations

Nice to Have

Enterprise experience or experience focused on a narrower cloud role

Location / Work Model

Fully remote, operating on PST hours (distributed team across London, Boston, Utah)

Compensation

$135k–$180k base salary + 15% bonus
Bonuses + paid certifications
