Role Overview

Client-Facing Senior Software Engineer (Part-Time, Remote) A part-time, fully remote contractor role acting as a bridge between clients and WWCorporate’s engineering team. You’ll lead client conversations, clarify requirements, and keep both technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

Join client video calls for discovery, progress updates, and follow-ups
Ask the right questions to clarify requirements and help define scope
Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers
Explain technical concepts, decisions, and trade-offs in simple terms
Write concise meeting notes and define next steps
Proactively communicate timelines, risks, and blockers
Support light pre-sales conversations and identify growth opportunities
Build strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar technical role
Strong understanding of modern development: web, APIs, cloud, mobile
Fluent English (spoken and written), comfortable leading client calls
Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working with US-based clients and US time zones (overlap required)
Highly organized, reliable, proactive communicator
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with US-based clients and/or customer success, account management, or pre-sales
Background in FinTech, eCommerce, or AI-related projects
