About the role
Role Overview
The Client Experience Operations Manager supports the execution and operational management of media projects. You’ll work at the intersection of media strategy, analytics, and the data cloud, ensuring measurement solutions run accurately, tracking is implemented correctly, and project documentation/workflows are clear and communicated.
Responsibilities
- Project & Dashboard Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows for measurement dashboards, 1PD onboarding, and audience creation.
- Track campaign milestones, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams.
- Digital Tagging & Tracking
- Support implementation and QA of tracking tags across media platforms and websites.
- Ensure tagging follows taxonomy and naming conventions.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to validate tracking accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Document tagging standards and best practices.
- Attribution & Performance Operations
- Apply understanding of customer journey attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
- Support integration of media tracking data into attribution and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure media data aligns with broader customer journey measurement.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and tracking implementation guides.
- Identify improvements to operational efficiency for campaign setup and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance and marketing technology standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital media operations, marketing operations, or campaign management.
- Experience with digital tagging and tracking frameworks.
- Familiarity with customer journey attribution concepts and multi-channel measurement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate across media, analytics, and technology teams.
Preferred
- Experience with tag management.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 or The Trade Desk.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution tools or media measurement platforms.
Location / Work Model
- Hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco) depending on location, or remote.
