Client Delivery Manager

Role Overview

You will be the main point of contact (POC) for SAP private cloud customers, supporting offerings such as RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (private edition), SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will plan, steer, and drive end-to-end customer engagement across onboarding, run, and renewal phases.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a business or technology field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
• Strong presentation and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences and management-level stakeholders
• Pro-active, problem-solving, customer-first mindset and relationship-building skills
• Strong engagement management and de-escalation experience
• Good understanding of SAP cloud business, especially private cloud offerings
• Experience working in international environments
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role in cloud or IT consulting

Mandatory Customer Requirement

• ECS experience plus exposure to SAP private cloud offerings: RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud private edition, HEC, and CAS

Team/Work Setup

• Join an international team; CDM teams work in a hybrid remote/onsite environment.
