About the role

Role Overview

Client Delivery Manager – Revenue Cycle (REMOTE) is a client-facing position responsible for independently managing operational alignment, performance consulting, and issue resolution for assigned client accounts. You will act as a trusted operational advisor, translating complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and action-oriented narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational alignment for assigned client accounts
  • Build deep working knowledge of client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies
  • Translate operational performance data into narratives covering drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and misalignment across the client lifecycle and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with clients to align operational expectations with internal capabilities and constraints
  • Monitor operational performance indicators and inventory health to spot emerging issues or deviations
  • Lead root cause analysis with Revenue Services and other internal teams
  • Create outcome-oriented action plans (ownership, sequencing, follow-up) and validate effectiveness over time
  • Use sound judgment to determine when/how to escalate issues with clear context and recommended paths forward
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints (agendas, reporting narratives, discussion materials)
  • Document outcomes, decisions, and action items to ensure follow-through in CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, Product, Technology) to support alignment across the client lifecycle
  • Lead internal account reviews and advocate for client needs while balancing enterprise standards and scalability
  • Apply Client Alignment methodologies

Requirements

  • Independently manage operational alignment and drive issue resolution for client accounts
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience leading structured root cause analysis and managing outcome-based action plans
  • Professional, consultative approach when leading recurring client operational reviews
  • Ability to escalate strategically with clear analysis and next steps

Nice-to-Haves (implied)

  • Familiarity with revenue cycle / RCM operations, SLAs, workflows, and claim lifecycle performance management
  • Comfort coordinating across multiple internal teams to maintain client lifecycle alignment
