About the role

Role Overview

Client Delivery Manager at Maven Clinic. Own end-to-end client implementations for employer and partner customers, working cross-functionally to onboard clients to Maven and prepare for scale.

Reporting to the Director, Client Delivery, you will meet operational KPIs and assess results to ensure effective and efficient performance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations: own project plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success
Manage multiple concurrent implementations across mid-market and enterprise segments
Build trusted relationships with HR and Benefits leaders; serve as the primary day-to-day contact during launch
Run client-facing cadences (e.g., status meetings, working sessions, executive updates) and produce key artifacts such as:
- project plans
- RACI
- status reports
- launch playbooks
Partner with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocate, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate contractual scope into a configured, launched product
Work with technical implementation and data teams to ensure accurate eligibility files and on-time launches (you don’t own SFTP plumbing, but you can triage and escalate issues)
Proactively identify implementation risks and drive resolution, escalating early when timeline/scope/stakeholder alignment is at risk
Deliver against operational KPIs: on-time launch rate, implementation NPS, and time-to-launch
Identify continuous-improvement opportunities (playbooks, templates, tooling, process) to scale without sacrificing quality
Work in a build-and-run environment (not a finished process)

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in client delivery, implementation, project management, or related operational roles (preferably with exposure to enterprise client launches)
Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple complex implementations

Nice-to-haves

Direct experience coordinating eligibility/data readiness and technical issue triage for launches
