Role overview
Client Delivery Manager (HubSpot Consulting) at 1406 Consulting (USA Remote). You will lead HubSpot implementations and own client outcomes end-to-end—not a support role.
Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery Ownership
- Own HubSpot project plans from kickoff through completion
- Translate scope of work into clear, actionable plans for the Implementation Specialist (IS) team
- Define timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and misalignment
- Hold internal teams and clients accountable to agreed timelines and outcomes
Client Alignment & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Run structured client meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and next steps
- Maintain alignment between client expectations and delivery reality
- Communicate progress, risks, and timeline changes proactively
Growth & Account Ownership
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within accounts
- Drive cross-sell/upsell by aligning client goals with additional HubSpot solutions and services
- Translate business needs into clear, scoped recommendations
Objection Handling & Problem Solving
- Lead difficult conversations with clarity and confidence
- Align stakeholders on solutions and next steps when delivery or scope challenges arise
Client Relationship & HubSpot Expertise
- Build trusted, results-oriented client relationships based on accountability
- Provide strategic guidance on HubSpot tools and best practices with implementation/technical teams
- Monitor account health to support retention and long-term success
Requirements
- 2+ years in SaaS implementations, consulting, project management, or B2B client success (agency/services environment)
- Experience running software implementations and managing timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in client-facing environments
- Proven ability to manage complexity, drive accountability, and keep projects moving
- Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork.com, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
Nice to have
- Prior HubSpot/CRM/digital marketing platform experience
- HubSpot certifications
