Role Overview
Client Delivery Lead (Talent Delivery Lead) at Twill.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary contact while also leading sourcing and screening. This is a performance-driven role where your earnings are tied to results.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across multiple client searches, ensuring consistent progress and high-quality outcomes
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients with clear, responsive communication
- Run intake and calibration sessions to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for:
- Technical roles (e.g., engineering, product)
- GTM roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations)
- Maintain pipeline health across active searches so candidates move efficiently
- Act as the final quality gate for submissions to clients
- Provide direction and feedback to Talent Partners (sourcing strategy and candidate quality)
- Monitor funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates
- Identify risks early and adjust search strategies to keep roles on track
- Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes and overall performance
Requirements
- Strong communicator who can build trust and credibility with clients
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a quality-over-quantity mindset
- Analytical and comfortable evaluating pipeline performance
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to move quickly and independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Motivated by performance and interested in uncapped earning potential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting / talent acquisition / search (agency or in-house)
- Experience managing client relationships or hiring managers
- Familiarity with technical and/or GTM hiring
- Strong sourcing/research skills (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools)
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Compensation
- $45,000–$50,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission tied to placements and performance
- Equity in Twill
