Chief of Staff

Role Overview

Chief of Staff acting as a force multiplier for the COO and executive team, bridging Strategy, Operations, Go-To-Market, and People. The role balances high-level planning with hands-on execution to keep leadership aligned and the company’s operating cadence strong as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge to Leadership: Partner directly with the COO/executives to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and drive them through to completion.
• Operating Rhythm: Own and continuously improve leadership meetings, all-hands, and quarterly planning cycles.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Lead special projects spanning Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations, from scoping through delivery.
• Board and Investor Materials: Prepare board decks, investor updates, and executive communications.
• Metrics and Accountability: Define and track company-wide OKRs with leadership and use data to identify gaps and risks.
• Organizational Gaps: Detect missing structure/process and build operating mechanisms to close those gaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a high-ownership role (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or prior Chief of Staff experience).
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude; ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Experience operating in multi-stakeholder environments (interfaces across executives, Engineering, and Commercial/Field teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex information for executive and board audiences.
• Ability to switch between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
• Early/growth-stage startup experience strongly preferred.
