About the role

Role overview

You will support the Head of People at Buena, helping the company scale quickly through acquisitions and restructuring of teams. The People Team leads fast hiring and onboarding processes when new management companies are acquired.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting processes
Source candidates, create scorecards, run interviews, and coordinate closely with internal teams
Manage recruiting and People budgets in the high five-figure range
Identify new HR/recruiting tooling and manage tool/process rollouts from start to finish
Develop and implement nationwide recruiting and HR systems
Design the People systems that enable growth to 1,000+ employees and roll them out
Partner with leadership by discussing HR topics directly with executives of acquired companies
Improve HR processes across the companies in Germany

Requirements

Fluent German (C2-level)
Strong English skills
Preference for in-office work (Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin)
High ownership and strong communication; value direct, regular interaction

Experience working in environments where team members commonly come from entrepreneurship or performance sports backgrounds
