Requirements
- Exceptional generalist capability across strategy and operations
- Background such as top-tier finance, consulting, or operations, often with an MBA
- High agency and comfort operating amid ambiguity and changing priorities
- Preferred experience at a pre-Series C startup with a track record of wearing multiple hats
