Role Overview
Work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup as Chief of Staff. This is a high-agency, high-trust, generalist role spanning strategy, operations, and execution, acting as a force multiplier for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO on strategy, operations, and special projects
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution
- Bring structure and rigor to decision-making and planning
- Tackle highest-priority business problems wherever needed
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional breadth across strategy and operations (e.g., from top-tier finance, consulting, or operations), often paired with an MBA
- High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity and with changing priorities
- Experience at a pre-Series C startup preferred, with a proven track record of wearing multiple hats
Location / Work Model
- United States (remote) — Fully remote
Compensation
- Competitive base and OTE, commensurate with experience
