About the role
Role: Chief of Staff
Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to senior executives, helping drive decision-making, strategic alignment, and company operating cadence.
Responsibilities
- Trusted advisor to the Chief People and Administration Officer, CEO, and executive leadership team; provide thoughtful analysis, business judgment, and candid perspective.
- Own the Board operating cadence: manage timeline, coordinate stakeholder follow-through, package materials, and ensure secure and accurate delivery of board decks and pre-reads.
- Coordinate end-to-end board materials: consolidate inputs, shape executive narratives, pressure-test for quality/consistency, and ensure content is decision-ready.
- Run the executive operating system: initiative accountability, leadership follow-through, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual planning.
- Drive strategic alignment across departments by surfacing tradeoffs, connecting priorities, and keeping leaders focused on outcomes.
- Identify decision opportunities early: gather the right information and stakeholders, frame options, and help executives move from context to decision with speed and clarity.
- Lead/support high-priority cross-functional work that spans functions; shift between strategic analysis, program management, and execution as needed.
- Build operating rhythms and communication cadences that improve executive team execution and company-wide messaging.
- Strengthen senior stakeholder relationships to build trust, improve collaboration, and increase organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a force multiplier by removing friction, increasing visibility into progress, and improving execution.
- Represent the executive team when needed—communicating priorities, decisions, and context broadly across the organization.
- Form and coordinate internal working teams to tackle urgent, critical business priorities with sustained follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, program leadership, or Chief of Staff work supporting senior executives in a scaling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to advise executives through ambiguity using data, context, and judgment.
Nice-to-haves
- Not explicitly stated in the provided text.
