Chief of Staff

Role Overview

Join ServiceTitan as Chief of Staff to the CFO. You will lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end, run the FinOps operating cadence, support the CFO’s external customer relationships, and act as the go-to owner for urgent tasks when responsibilities aren’t obvious.

Key Missions

• Project and strategy coordination: Use deep expertise in project management and coordination of strategic initiatives, including conducting research and analysis.
• FinOps operational cadence: Drive recurring operational rhythm by managing leadership-level meetings and ensuring follow-through on objectives.
• External relationship support: Establish and maintain relationships with external clients for the CFO, ensuring high-quality interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, or a business-partner-oriented FP&A role, with meaningful time in an operating role where you owned outcomes.
• Experience working directly with C-suite / VP-level counterparts without requiring someone else to lead the work.
• Proven ability to do the IC (individual contributor) work yourself: deliverables you personally drove from zero, including framing, output, and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration instincts: you get things done through relationships rather than authority.
