Role: Chief of Staff, Product

You will serve as the CPO’s strategic partner and right hand, driving organizational efficiency and accelerating how the Product org builds products.

What you’ll do

• Partner with the CPO to streamline strategic initiatives and align objectives across Product teams.
• Drive transformation of product development processes to be faster and more efficient, with emphasis on embracing AI.
• Lead major initiatives as a proxy for the CPO on cross-executive efforts (e.g., new product lines, M&A, and board prep).
• Bootstrap new initiatives and identify leadership gaps; conduct customer and competitive research and coach teammates.
• Support goal setting and execution: align teams on outcomes, and report progress within the Product org.
• Use data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on product strategy and team performance.
• Monitor the product org’s pulse and climate, and guide decisions on product strategy, resource allocation, and cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Author strategy docs as the byproduct of key decisions.

What you bring

• 7+ years experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments in roles such as product strategy, product operations, program management, business operations, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of product functions with technical fluency.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building; high-trust influence across teams.
• Strong strategic planning/program management skills; can operate across ambiguity while still keeping deadlines and accuracy.
• Proven ability to transform processes and drive operational improvements, with interest in using AI to accelerate product development.
• B2B software/platform experience preferred; product strategy background a plus.
• Strong “A-player” mindset: ownership, urgency, resilience, and entrepreneurial drive.
